Position Overview
Dedicated and results-driven Site Engineer with over 1- 4 years of hands-on experience in construction and structural projects, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) systems. Proven track record of managing site operations, ensuring quality control, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects within time and budget constraints. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, supervising erection work, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Adept at resolving on-site issues efficiently and ensuring smooth workflow from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities at construction sites, ensuring all work are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee installation of PEB structures and steel components, ensuring they meet all quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the project team to handle procurement, material tracking, and logistics management.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and keep a record of site activities.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits.
Required Qualifications : –
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in the PEB or steel fabrication industry.
