Sales Executive, Location – Delhi NCR

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with potential clients in the pre-engineered building construction industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and generating leads within the target market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key decision-makers to promote our company’s pre-engineered building solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  4. Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and cost-effectiveness.
  5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to each client’s requirements.
  6. Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery of proposals.
  7. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing, and payment schedules to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
  8. Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting of sales revenues.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager or senior management.
  10. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company’s presence and generate new leads.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction industry, preferably with pre-engineered building solutions.
  3. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  9. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend meetings, and industry events.
