Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with potential clients in the pre-engineered building construction industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and generating leads within the target market.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key decision-makers to promote our company’s pre-engineered building solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to each client’s requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery of proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing, and payment schedules to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting of sales revenues.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager or senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company’s presence and generate new leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction industry, preferably with pre-engineered building solutions.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
